America's Note Network has a free note listing service. This service trains many about different tactics to purchase these valuable notes, which bring in profits for ANN. Besides, site also covers high priced products, which help ANN to keep free listing service. Russ offers other products like Winning in the Cash Flow Business, a bimonthly ezine for around $125, fifty management documents for $200, and a booklet functioning like a calculator for around $40.

Russ Dalbey’s America’s Note Network is misleading as it is not easy to discount real estate notes. Besides, many institutional buyers are into this business regularly. Although Russ professes course to be simple and fast moving, it is not so. If it were, many people would be earning in thousands selling such discounted real estate notes.
