Juvio is a round-the-clock, 24x7 Computer Tech Support help center. It was established in 2002 when a need was felt to revolutionize the technical support industry that was plagued by poor technical support. This business opportunity materialized into ‘Juvio’ with its mantra being providing "Solutions for life".

What they are passing off as a unique model of compensation, which they claim reduces expensive marketing and distribution costs. While financially rewarding independent Associate Members for product and services, is a ‘been-there-done-that’ model for many companies who are with the help of the same model, providing the same services for a lesser fee than Juvio.

Their marketing efforts though rigorous, are deliberately misleading because a couple of customers were lured into believing that $1.67 a day. Juvio were the same, initially, by a few of its marketers, which was believable given the fact that 1.67 and Juvio appear on the same page. With the companies' names and logos appearing side by side, which the same person has obviously put there. It lends a definitive questionable air to the credibility of Juvio.

Juvio is only a high-end, novelty product that costs its customers a great deal for a service. They might or might not even use since they are providing computer insurance, which you just might not end up using.

People know it is not such a wise investment to make. Especially since there are lower-costs, alternatives to Juvio's offer, available by the dozen. There are free tech help resources available over the Internet if you search for them. If Juvio has to retain its customers and then bring some more, it has to do something unique - something like an ability to stop spam, then that would be the winning coup-de-grace for Juvio.

Otherwise, to my mind, this concept of computer insurance is a fad, here-today-gone-tomorrow. It might do good business for a while, but for it to sustain itself for long is incredibly difficult and something that I am unable to foresee.
