A home business or a home based business would be something you could start and run from your home question you might have is:

Are there real businesses that I can start as a home business and make real money from? The answer is defiantly yes.

Let me give you an idea of different types of businesses that you could start and make an $60,000 per year or more doing if you had the experience and are teachable.

1. Buying real estate below market and re-selling the properties. Normally this could take several thousands of dollars to get started. However, there are ways you could start with as little as $3,000 or in some cases none of your own money. There are many types of ways to invest in real estate.

2. Investing in stocks and bonds. There are many people that I know who work out of their homes and trade stocks. They are not what I call typical "Day Traders", but they may make one or two trades a day for income. They claim they are making money even in this market which is a bear market. This requires a good system with a lot of discipline.

3. Network Marketing has made millionaires but very few can make even $5,000 per month. The reason is duplication. There are some systems utilizing the Internet that I believe will revolutionize the way most people do network marketing and truly get their incomes up to that $10,000 a month.

4. Selling an information based product that you created about an industry that you are familiar with. They say everyone has a book in them. That is a great home business. This is what I have done. I had a lot of experience in one particular field and now I'm teaching others.

5. Selling someone else's products as an affiliate At least that way you don't need to write an informational manual that might take you a year to write and put together.

6. Performing an online or offline type of business service that results in monthly income from a small group of customers that need your service. These are some of the best home businesses around.

7. Originating loans for people as a Mortgage Broker. With interest rates what they are now this is a excellent part time business for someone to do out of their home, and it pays very well.

What if you only have a few hours a week to start something? I don't believe that is a problem at all.
