A lot of people who trade stocks and commodities are trying for the big killing. What most people do not realize is that you can make a lot of money on small percentages if you compound your profits.
The following example shows starting with a $2,500 investment and compounding it at an average of 3% for each trade an investor makes. We have also taken out commissions at $10.00 for a buy and $10.00 for a sell. If a person did one trade per day and only made a 3% average profit on each trade look how the money grows in 240 trading days which is about one year.

WOW, that's pretty amazing isn't it. Just doing one trade per day with a average of 3% profit per trade. It really adds up. Even if you only earned 1% per trade,it would take 834 trades to earn $2,000,000 after commissions. At 2% average profit per trade it would take 365 trades. How many trades can you do in a day?
