Bob Bruss is a former director of the National Association of Real Estate Editors, a real estate broker and a hugely prolific writer. Sometimes called the "Dear Abby of real estate", he writes a weekly syndicated "Real Estate Mailbag" Q&A column, plus three other regular columns that appear in about 150 newspapers. He is also a California real estate attorney.

He’s been doing that for around 25 years, and he just keeps churning the stuff out. In-between knocking out his weekly columns, Bob Bruss has written books, including “The Smart Investor's Guide to Real Estate”, “The California Foreclosure Book” and the college textbook “California Real Estate Law” (with Dr. William Pivar).

But we’re not finished yet. Mr. Bruss also writes two monthly newsletters: the “Robert Bruss Real Estate Law Newsletter” and the “Robert Bruss National Real Estate Newsletter”, which he sells on his website.
