David Finkel life as a real estate guru really got going when he hooked up with Peter Conti. Together, though their company Mentor Financial Group, they’ve become self-made millionaires and published several real estate books, including “How to Create Multiple Streams of Income Buying Homes in Nice Areas with Nothing Down” ($19.95); “Making Big Money Investing in Real Estate without Tenants, Banks or Rehab Projects” ($18.95) and “Making Big Money in Foreclosures Without Cash or Credit” ($18.95).

Mentor Financial Group also sell home-study courses, including “Street Smart Marketing Secrets” (about $40) and “The 7 MasterSkills of Highly Successful Real Estate Investors” (about $300), plus much more expensive courses such as “How to Buy Apartment Buildings With Little or No Money Down” and “Advanced Purchase Option Training Home Study Course” (about $2,500 each). David Finkel is also the host of “Real Estate Radio”, and the author of a weekly investment e-newsletter.

But David Finkel and Peter Conti make their Big Money from 3-day tuition workshops, which focus on purchase option investing and foreclosures. To attend just one of their workshops costs... wait for it, $9,500. If you want to attend all four workshops, you’ll have to find a massive $20,000!
