It appeared to me a long time ago that when I wrote about other personalities that I was going to include a review about myself as if I had written it. It isn't fair for me to write about friends, competitors and customers if I don't include something about myself. That would also include some of my mistakes.

I was born in Billings, Montana. I moved to Colorado in 1959 the first time, (moved back two more times. Other places I have lived are St. Paul Minnesota and Kansas City Kansas.

I have been in business for my self since 1960. I have acquired a lot of experience in many different fields in the last forty years. I have owned companies which were involved in Real Estate Investing, Stock Brokerage Investing, Film & Movie Production, Insurance & Mortgage Brokerage to name a few.

In 2003, 2004, and 2005; The Business Advisory Council in Washinging DC recognized the top Business Leaders in the United States and I was awarded the 2003, 2004, and 2005, Businessman of the Year Award.

I personally bought and sold for my own account 140 single family homes during a nine year program. This would be a portfolio worth over $37 million dollars at today's value. During that period I developed what I call the "Help Program". This is a program designed to earn a lot of money while helping others.

I took a small second mortgage on my home in 1979 to start the process of investing in Real Estate. I leveraged my holdings to the maximum as I was buying about fourteen homes a year.

In July of 1987 I quit claimed all of my real estate holdings to my investors. The reasons were many, but one was that Colorado was going through a real estate depression so to speak. I never thought that could happen but it did. I had about 40 homes vacate at the time. I figured that it was easier for each one of my investors to handle their particular home than for me to worry about all of them. One of the biggest mistakes I have made in my life. I made a rash decision without thinking it through. If I had more experience I would have done that part differently.

Consequently I have made a lot of money, and I have lost a lot of money. Losing money I believe is due to inexperience. I now have the experience that I need to share with you. I will teach you not to make some of the mistakes I made as well as how to protect all the money you will make. What good is making a lot of money if you end up losing it? If you do as I suggest, I believe you will have success.
