...I just sent back this so called Investment material.He pretty much tells his story about his construction job and all the hours he put in if you ask me i think he was just a cheap laborer others are right about him three days after i received his materials i had one of his salesmen call me and surprisingly he got my blood pumping and I was so motivated about the game that I couldn't wait to get started, until he told me that I should go out and apply for a bunch of credit cards.I'm working so I can get out of debt not get in any deeper than I am! I would not recommend this to any one keep searching and do your homework.

...His courses are jam packed full of motivational material and when he does start talking about real estate it's truly garbage information. 3 days after you get the course and sometimes even before it arrives you get a call from one of his snake salesman employees trying to get you to purchase "mentoring" for a mere $8,000. Oh, and that's only the intermediate level.

This is my take on Lou Vukas. He has good material and he knows what he is doing. My only problem with him and a lot of people who sell an inexpensive course on the Internet is the back end sales are way too expensive. To have a salesman call you within a few days to try to get you to pay for $8,000 for mentoring is not what I do. I offer a good real estate Investing course for less than $300.00 If you want mentoring with me the price is stated on this web site. The price for one-on-one mentoring with me is less than $200. for six months. I couldn't look myself in the mirror if I tried to sell someone $8,000 worth of mentoring. And, I'm worth every bit of it.
