Robert Allen was one of the original "No Money Down" guys who said he could buy real estate anywhere in the country within 48 hours for nothing down... Allen wrote a few books on the subject and made lot's of dough running around the country and giving lectures on how easy it is to get rich in real estate by buying buildings with no cash.

Robert Allen fell on hard times in the early 90's when the country fell into a recession and the government started taking over the Saving and Loans for sometimes no apparent reason. I don't know whether he bought too much real estate or whether he just ran out of folks willing to pay for expensive seminars. It could be that he just forgot that leverage works both ways.

Robert has a new book on Internet Marketing which I have read. He makes it sound so easy to make it on the Internet. He proves in the book with another challenge. The only problem is with that he has an established name. Something you and I do not. Sure it's easy for him.

Whether you can get all the information you need from Allen's course, I don't know... but the fact is that you need to buy real estate if you really want to become wealthy.
