Trek Alliance Companies' Information:

On December 6, 2002 the United States Federal Trade Commission filed a lawsuit alleging deceptive marketing practices against Trek Alliance Inc. et al. On December 9th the United States District Court issued a Temporary Restraining Order appointing a Temporary Receiver over the companies and froze the companies' assets.

Process requests for refunds

Process commission checks

Conduct training seminars

Sign-up new Trek representatives

A hearing is scheduled in the United States District Court on December 23, 2002. Until that hearing, the business operations have been suspended.

Trek Alliance, Inc. was founded in 1997 by Kale and Edwina Flagg, and Rich and Tiffani Von, who are all former Equinox distributors. Trek Alliance's stated mission is to provide customers with superlative, environmentally safe products at a fair price. The company markets a line of household cleaners, health and beauty aids, and water filtration systems through it's network of home-based distributors. Trek Alliance offers a wide array of trainings and workshops to aid distributors in their business building efforts.
